IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR DEPLOYMENT: This document is a placeholder framework. Because Ferrowright delivers custom codebases and manages server environments under B2B agreements, these terms must be audited by a legal professional before launching commercially.

Welcome to Ferrowright Engineering. By using our website or initiating a B2B project scope, you agree to comply with the following operational terms.

1. Scope of Work & Blueprints

Any engineering service (Build, Grow, or Craft) requires a signed Scope of Work (SOW) agreement specifying database schemas, API parameters, and deliverables. Verbal descriptions do not constitute contractual obligations.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Transfer

All custom source code, design vectors, and campaign assets developed under an active agreement are transferred to the client upon final invoice clearance. Ferrowright retains no ownership over client-specific assets.

3. Code Warranties & SLA

Custom application builds are delivered with a 30-day post-launch warranty covering core functionality bugs. Ongoing hosting maintenance, server updates, and patch support require a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
