Siyavaas — D2C Baby Nutrition Product Website

Problem

A family-run baby nutrition brand from rural Madhya Pradesh was selling solely through Instagram DMs and WhatsApp — no web presence, no way to showcase NABL lab-tested quality credentials, and no discoverability beyond their existing follower base.

Approach

Designed and shipped a mobile-first product showcase site within 24 hours of the brief: hero carousel with lab-test nutrition figures, full product detail page, WhatsApp ordering, founder story, FAQ, and baseline technical SEO. Handled everything end-to-end — domain registration, DNS, hosting, and go-live — so the client had zero technical overhead.

Result

Took the brand from zero web presence to a live, Google-indexed product website in under 24 hours. The founder manages all orders through the integrated WhatsApp CTA with no ongoing technical maintenance on their end.

Seat Sprint Counselling — NEET & AYUSH Admission Counselling Platform

Problem

A NEET (MBBS) and AYUSH (BAMS) admission counselling practice was booking paid seats through a bare Google Form and manual UPI screenshots sent over WhatsApp — slow, easy to fake, and impossible to scale past a handful of students per intake.

Approach

Built a Next.js marketing and application platform on Firebase Hosting with a Cloud Functions backend: the apply form creates a Razorpay order server-side, a signed Razorpay webhook verifies the payment before anything is recorded, and only confirmed paid submissions get emailed to the counsellors and mirrored into their existing Google Sheet.

Result

100+ students have completed live Razorpay payments through the platform. The founder reports the redesigned site and one-page apply-and-pay flow converts applicants noticeably faster than the old manual form-and-screenshot process.

Title5Flow — Offline Field Inspection & PDF Compliance Platform

Problem

Massachusetts septic inspectors ('muddy boots' field engineers) lost hours typing paper forms by hand and suffered catastrophic input loss from app crashes in zero-connectivity field sites.

Approach

Engineered an offline-first mobile/web application (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose, Room DB) featuring debounced per-keystroke autosave, per-field voice dictation with live audio waveforms, GPS timestamped photo addendums, and direct dual-storage official Title 5 PDF report generation. Built a Python data pipeline indexing certified state inspectors.

Result
